Digital appliances are pervading home (2)--DVD and camera

The result of survey that was conducted by the Cabinet Office in March shows how pervasive digital appliances have been in homes in Japan.

According to the result, DVD players/recorders are owned by 73.1 percent of Japan's households and digital cameras 69.2 percent, both of which are 1.5 times higher than four years ago.
