MySpace considers the 18-year-old as the 15-year-old in Japan (1)

The SNS giant MySpace has applied the regulation that is intended for the users under fifteen in the U.S. to the ones under eighteen in Japan.

The Japan-oriented regulation says that the users under eighteen need to register each other as friend to communicate with each other.

Are Japanese young people more immature than American ones?
