MySpace considers the 18-year-old as the 15-year-old in Japan (2)―EMA's standard

MySpace applies the regulation that is intended for the users under fifteen in the U.S. to the ones under eighteen in Japan.

MySpace is going through the examination performed by the Content Evaluation and Monitoring Association (EMA) that judges if the mobile website is wholesome for young people, allegedly under eighteen.

That's why MySpace has adjusted its policy in Japan so that it can be given the nod by the EMA.
