Survival in digitization of TV in Japan (30)--Condominium buildings interrupt DTV airwaves [1]

Only 14% of the condominium buildings that interrupt analog TV airwaves and install a repeater were renovated so that the households around them can receive terrestrial digital TV airwaves as of December 2008.

The number of 14% is quoted from the results of the survey that was conducted by the national joint association of condominium building administrators, one of the incorporated nonprofit organizations in Japan.
