Sony to establish an E-book delivery business planning company

Sony Corp., Toppan Printing Co., Ltd., KDDI Corp., and The Asahi Shimbun Company announced on May 27 that they will establish a business planning company that works on e-book delivery around the beginning of July.

The company is expected to build and operate its platform where digital content such as book, comic, magazine, and newspaper is collectively delivered.
