Toshiba to launch an iPad-like tablet PC (2) -- USB does matter

Toshiba's tablet PC “FOLIO 100,” which will begin to sell in Europe in October 2010, looks like Apple's iPad.

However, in addition to its two models of Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi + 3G, the FOLIO 100 features USB connection as well as Flash compatibility.

The FOLIO 100 measures 281 x 181 x 14 mm and weighs 760 grams.

It also has an HDMI interface, an SD card slot, and a USB 2.0 port.

Further more, it can connect to Bluetooth devices.

The 10.1-inch multitouch-sensitive screen has a 1024 x 600 resolution.

Thank you for leaving a comment. I also look forward to seeing Toshiba cut into Apple's dominance.
