NTT Plala Inc. and I-Cast, Inc. announced Thursday that it will begin to relay terrestrial digital TV broadcasts in some areas of Fukuoka Prefecture through their IPTV service Hikari TV on the NGN platform Flet's Hikari Next on December 8.
